Tasting Notes

Brilliant pale straw in colour, this wine is an elegant expression of regional cool climate character with aromas of white peach and nectarine.  A medium weight, which broadens on the palate with creamy malo character, while retaining crisp acidity, giving the wine drive along the palate. Good length and a clean finish.

Perfect with oysters, terrines, and seafood.
