Total crush: 100 dozen
Analysis: Baume: 12.4, pH: 3.30, TA: 7.2
Crushed, pressed & cooled at receival, barrel fermentation.
Maturation on lees in used French Barrique (225l) before transfer to stainless steel prior to bottling.
Cold stabilised, filtered and bottled 12 August, 2019.
Contains sulphites

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow in the glass, the bouquet is redolent with passionfruit and other tropical aromas. On the palate, a crisp lighter style wine softened by six months in old oak prior to bottling.
Perfect on its own or a great summer food wine.
