Tasting Notes:

A very light pink colour (from minimal skin maceration). Classic bouquet of nashi pear and apple moving through to a light spice. On the palate, fuller bodied almost unctuous style with soft acids and mouth filling texture. Flavours of pear and gentle spice linger.

Will complement almost any lighter food combination, for example, white bait, Caesar salads and vegetarian pasta dishes.
