Total crush: 112 dozen – Crushed, pressed and cooled at receival, barrel primary and malolactic fermentation.

Maturation: nine months on lees in used French Barrique (225l)
Cold stabilised, filtered and bottled 9 January, 2018.
Contains sulphites

Tasting Notes

The 2017 Chardonnay is an elegant expression of regional cool climate character, with aromas of citrus and a touch of white peach.  A medium weight, linear wine with crisp acidity, giving the wine drive along the palate. Good length and a clean finish.

Perfect with oysters, terrines, and seafood.
